Message	anything below 0 is still cold... but thanks for that correction. When I checked the price for 245 chains for my tires I about fainted... way too expensive. When the roads are frozen at below zero temps it's bearly livable... unless you're a penguin. Hope you like canada... the us could sure learn alot from your excellent health care system.
